'Phase' of the week

We all go through 'food phases' - something Anna and I discuss quite regularly. The current phase is a great one for me; Green tea with lemon, and blueberry and date mix. Super foods, and incredibly nutritious. Dates are a good source of potassium, and the good fats are used to metabolize carbohydrate and the bad types of fat in the body, while blueberries are high in antioxidants and vitamin C.

The health plan is still going strong. There is now absolutely no caffeine in my diet, no 'empty' calories, and a very minimal amount of junk.
