Friday's child

I have just arrived back home from today's shoot. It has been lovely. So so lovely. We were shooting Cath Kidston-esque style bags with a natural/fresh look. But aside from the job, I have absolutely loved the beautiful weather. I just adore days like today. It kind of makes me feel like I'm fifteen again, and freely loving life. I could honestly cry with contentment. I know Anna will read this and have a little giggle because she knows my happiness comes from the smallest of things, and when it's real, I do come close to tears because it's so rare that I feel just right. So, when I do have days like this, I never want to let them go. Hopefully this is the start of a wonderful Easter break.

On the drive home, I picked up May's issue of Vogue and opened it up to find this stunning editorial. Shot in the beautiful African Namib desert by my current favorite Tim Walker. Sia has kind of sparked off this appreciation. Must also be mentioned that Agyness Deyn looks so feminine and peaceful. Ahh, there are no words to describe my love for this.

My love for Adele's debut album, 19 is being reignited today. I have been listening to it on repeat because there is so much focus on her newest work that I felt her original music was being forgotten about! Yet another beautiful part of today.
